We are a family-friendly training facility for all ages and all fitness levels.

            Group Classes
 
At J3, classes are small, individualized, and dynamic. No workout is ever the same, which makes it more like personal training with your friends. Neither you muscles, nor your mind will be bored by the workouts. Regardless of your age, ability, or fitness level, you will be welcomed and challenged appropritely. Disabilities, injuries, and limitations will be accomodated by the instructors, as needed.

            Private Training
 
The J3 trainers and instructors have a vast variety of experience in fitness, martial arts, and competion preparation.  To complement our classes, you can choose ti train with our instructors individually, as well.

            Youth Program
 
The focus of the J3 youth program is respect, confidence-building, and discipline, along with fun, of course.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches skills to handle all situations children might encounter in a defensive and non-violent manner.
Safety, respect and personal responsibility are top priorities in all classes.
